Looks like we were all too busy to update this blog...

There a few reasons why:

1. Everyone's busy studying for exam...

2. Everyone's shouting their heads off bcoz it's the holidays
(and how can u see without your head?!)

3. Everyone's busy with their own blog especially me (HM) and Kelly and Gheek

so... gotong-royong wasn't as nice as last year. (not that last year was that nice oso)

Flashback:

It started like this:

we got into d library. every1 was like running about, busy. D 1st thing we noticed: d lib had a makeover. d counter was moved and so were the shelves. first reaction: OMG.

grace, being grace noticed us newcomers. she made sure that we hav stuff 2 do. (meaning: stand on a stack of chairs and wipe the top of the shelves)

Brenda got freaked cuz there was a really, really dusty book on top of a shelf. after that, we had 2 take out the books and wipe the shelves.

grace, being grace (again) told us to finish the whole english fiction shelf by 9. the time: 8.35-8.45
so we had 2 work like super-fast. a few ppl would take out the books without disturbing the arrangement. the other would wipe the shelf when all the books were taken out.

we finished by 9, thank goodness.

this year:

got into d lib. OMG. a sea of black shirts greeted me. the message was obvious. you're late!!! not that any1 said that. you just get the message... stumbled past chairs and chairs occupied by librarians. grabbed a chair and sat at the table conquered by the form 3 gang.

our form 2 gang was incomplete: emily, jes and hui min were coming late. was called by leannza. stumbled past more chairs (i never walk, i stumble. too many chairs in my way, using their legs to try to trip me. actually its my legs that get caught with the chair legs.) she had only like 7/8 form 1 names on the list and was wondering who she missed out.

it was sooo hard figuring out who was who. their backs were facing us so we couldn't see their face. their hair looked all the same. lol. anyway. we finally got it done. i peeked at my job: clean out d bbm room. ewww.

luckily, d bbm room was occupied. instead, we started arranging the 200 books. stock check style. I could hav sworn that we had already arranged it during stock check. after all, i was helping that group. oh well, i may b mistaken.

em c, huimin and jes came. late. no surprises. then em called me 2 help her think of wad 2 do 4 d ajk board. we sat there, stoning, brainstorming. whichever. didn't come up with anything. i remember amanda coming and advertising her peeling off stickers job.

somewhere in between peeling off the stickers, i started calling amanda manda. don't ask y.

blahblah. we had 2 take chairs down 2 wash. imagine. washing chairs. then they mopped the lib so we had 2 sit on the stacks of cleaned chairs and wait for them to finish.

Itianne threatened us into washing chairs (well, she tried) by saying that we would have 2 stay till 5 if we were not done. we told her it was fine, after all, we had school after that. if that means skipping class, well, good la.

After gotong-royong, we stayed in the library and gave barcodes to those horrible chinese non-fiction books. begged pn m to stay till 3 instead of 2.30. hehe. her reason 4 leaving early: I've got 2 study 4 spm 2moro. Rite.

Went back to class at 2.50 pn margaret was in there 4 bacaan. boring... nat was doing spbt. we nerded over books 4 a while til em c got bored of reading then we kinda talked n stoned.

got crappy results. hate maths. stupid, y did i hav 2 b so kind? got 1 mark deducted from my perfect 59/60 for subjective cuz i lent my paper 2 em c so that she can squeeze a mark out of cik su...

lesson learnt: don't be kind. be selfish. muahahahaha

New books update

ok. I suddenly felt like writing (more of typing) a lot here. Bear with me...
Pn M bought loads of books last month (i think). It's probably about AT LEAST RM1,500 worth of books...

Here's a SMALL LIST of the books she bought (i don't remember all):

7. A few Mary-Kate & Ashley books (that cost 3 bux each)

9. Marley & Me (Yea!!)

11. My Best Friends Girl- Dorothy Koomson
12. Marshmallows for Breakfast- Dorothy Koomson (again)
13. A huge series of Chinese non-fiction books (yuck...)
14. Brisingr (i think it's spelt like that) (but cant find it)
15. I can't remember any more...

That's it for today... My mum's bugging me to peel prawns... yuck! (I know)
There's really nothing to do after the exams... Not quite used to the days when i can ROAM about without studying... (I know I'm weird)

ok. It's been a long time since i wrote in here... hehe...

Anyway, finals (school) are officially over. That means that my life is back on the railway track again. Whoopie... I can read books (don't get me wrong, I'm not a nerd) again without my dad bugging... The hols have not officially started but we don't go to school so it's unofficially the hols edi... OKKKK... I don't get myself... (NVM)

I'm not gonna write a lot (NOT like KELLY NG). Just wanted to drop by while waiting for my show to download (P/S Kelly: HEHEHE...).
